"They gave me a good price but then they send people to take pictures at my house and ask me to fix a couple of things that wasn't the problem, they said I will receive an email and must reply by 3:30 and the email was send at 3:20 🤨 and I was taking care of things i was not even home how could I reply after they call me at 3:10. It was a bad experience for me."

"We contacted State Farm, Steve Saiz, to see if we could get a better price on our home insurance since our current company raised the rates a ridiculous amount for nothing. We worked with Traci there. Traci was very professional, answered all our questions and got us a policy that fit our budget and our needs quickly. It was a pleasure to work with a company that was RESPONSIVE to emails and followed through with what they said they were going to do. It was so nice to have that personal attention and professionalism dealing with State Farm. We ended up cancelling our policy with a different company on another home we have and switching to State Farm. Also added the cars and "bundled" them with the houses for a great price. We highly recommend Steve Saiz, State Farm and his great assistant Traci. ~Joe and Melana"
